I've always been a skeptic about breathing exercises , but my experience with this company has been nothing short of extraordinary. The sessions allowed me to explore my inner self, improve the quality of my sleep and increase the vitality levels.

The Buteyko Breathing Technique is a method of breath retraining developed by the physician and medical doctor Konstantin Buteyko in the 1950s. It is based on the idea that many people chronically over-breathe (hyperventilate) without realising it, and that restoring quieter, slower, nasal breathing can improve health symptoms and wellbeing.
Dysfunctional breathing is a breathing pattern that isn't working efficiently for your body. It can involve breathing through the mouth, breathing too quickly or deeply, relying on the upper chest, or holding your breath without realising it. These habits often develop in response to stress, illness or busy lifestyles and can contribute to symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep, tension and worsen some of your health symptoms. The good news is that breathing patterns can be retrained, helping you feel calmer, breathe more easily and improve your overall wellbeing.
Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a guided breathwork practice that uses a continuous, circular breath without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This breathing pattern can help release stress and stored emotions, calm the nervous system, heal trauma and deepen your connection with yourself.
Each session is a unique experience. People often report feeling lighter, calmer, more present and more emotionally balanced afterwards. The process is always guided in a safe and supportive environment, allowing you to explore at a pace that feels right for you. The practice has some contraindications. Please see our Waiver below.
